The nose is very fresh quite fragrant lots of lime and this citrus freshness is there on the palate underpinned by minerals. There is some sweetness in the middle but it is the mineral crispness, the lime and apple that refresh the back palate and finish (DS)

A rich white, featuring almond, cream and lemon meringue flavors. Plenty of tropical fruit notes are baked into this as well. Ripe and buttery on the finish (WS)
